“Team Relay”

In 30 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of:

Row 500m – AMREP KB Snatch 24/16 – Rest

400m Run – AMREP Push Ups (Chest to floor) – Rest

50 Ab mat Sit Ups – AMREP Double Unders – Rest

Teams of 3 with all team members completing the set before moving to the next.

Partner WOD for reps and time:

Partner A rows 750 m whilst partner B completes as many reps as possible of Kettlebell Clean & Press 24/16 kg (hand changes as often as needed), Swap and repeat.

Partner A rows 500 m whilst partner B completes as many reps as possible of Kettlebell Thrusters 24/16 kg, Swap and repeat.

Partner A rows 250 m whilst partner B completes as many reps as possible of Kettlebell swings 24/16 kg, Swap and repeat.
